Mita Ganatra has joined Amgen India as Executive Director, Finance, bringing nearly two decades of extensive experience in global finance leadership, business transformation, operational excellence, analytics, and strategic planning across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and services sectors.

Before joining Amgen India, Mita spent close to 15 years with Novartis, where she held several key leadership positions, including CFO, Novartis Corporate Center Hyderabad, and Finance Head, Infrastructure Investments. During her tenure, she successfully led global FP&A operations, finance transformation initiatives, business analytics programs, and operational excellence projects across multiple international markets.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Genpact and GE-SBI, gaining valuable expertise in process excellence, risk management, and business operations.

As Amgen India continues expanding its digital transformation and innovation ecosystem in Hyderabad, Mita’s strategic finance expertise is expected to support the company’s next phase of growth and operational excellence.
