Arunraja Karthick has joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as Global Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations, strengthening the company's technology leadership as it advances its digital transformation journey.
With over 16 years of experience, Arunraja brings deep expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, IT operations, and digital modernization. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, he held leadership roles at DTDC Express Limited, DXC Technology, and Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd., where he led large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud-first strategies, and enterprise security initiatives. His contributions to cloud transformation have also been recognized through an AWS Summit keynote.
In his new role, Arunraja will lead Dr. Reddy's global IT infrastructure and operations, building secure, resilient, and scalable technology platforms that support business growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the global pharmaceutical enterprise.
