Kidwai has been leading the Marketing & Communications function at Ageas Federal Life Insurance for more than four years, overseeing brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, channel marketing, ESG initiatives, contests, and customer engagement programs. With over 25 years of experience across brand management, communication, product marketing, and digital transformation, she is known for driving accelerated brand growth and delivering impactful business outcomes.
