Ajay Gupte has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) at dentsu India, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across media, advertising, marketing, and business transformation.
Prior to joining dentsu India, Ajay served as President – Client Solutions, South Asia at WPP Media, where he led strategic client partnerships and business growth initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has led businesses across India, Southeast Asia, and West Africa, building deep expertise in client leadership, operational excellence, integrated marketing, and organizational transformation.
In his new role, Ajay will help drive dentsu India's next phase of growth by strengthening operational excellence, enhancing client-centric strategies, and fostering greater collaboration across the organization.
