Tapan brings extensive experience in building scalable AI-driven products that enhance user experience while democratizing access to technology. Prior to joining Ironclad, he led responsible AI initiatives at Mozilla across search and productivity platforms. His leadership journey also includes developing discovery engines at Meta that contributed to an additional 300 million monthly active users and scaling GoDaddy’s domain and productivity platforms into a billion-dollar business.

At Ironclad, Tapan will focus on advancing AI-native solutions for legal and contract management, helping businesses reduce process bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency. His expertise in product innovation, AI strategy, and customer-centric technology development is expected to play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise legal workflows.
