Takeda has announced the elevation of Garima Srivastava to the role of Vice President HR – Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Commercial, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening global people leadership and talent strategy.

Garima brings deep expertise across global talent acquisition, HR business partnering, leadership development, organizational transformation, diversity and inclusion, and people analytics. During her journey with Takeda, she has successfully led multiple strategic HR and talent acquisition initiatives across global portfolio functions, Europe and Canada markets, and global finance HR operations.

Before joining Takeda, she held key leadership positions at Volvo Group, GE, GE Digital, and Infosys Technologies, building strong capabilities in talent management and organizational growth. In addition to her corporate achievements, Garima has earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening her leadership and people strategy expertise.

Her expanded role highlights Takeda’s continued focus on global talent excellence and organizational growth.
