With extensive experience in total rewards, compensation strategy, and HR consulting, Vaibhav has built a strong track record across Abbott, BD, and Mercer. Since joining Abbott, he has progressed through key leadership roles—from Head – Compensation & Benefits to Associate Director, and now Director – Compensation & Benefits, India Region—reflecting his contributions to strengthening the company's rewards strategy.
An MBA in Human Resources Management from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, Vaibhav brings deep expertise in compensation strategy, total rewards, salary benchmarking, executive compensation, incentive design, benefits management, pay governance, and rewards transformation.
In his expanded role, he will continue leading Abbott India's compensation and benefits agenda, supporting talent attraction, retention, and business growth through competitive and equitable rewards strategies.
