Pradeep Suradkar has been appointed as Associate Director at EOSGlobe. Based in Thane, he will lead strategic data operations and service delivery initiatives, with a focus on optimizing data management frameworks and strengthening operational efficiency across the organization.

Pradeep brings more than 17 years of experience in data management and business process outsourcing (BPO) operations. His appointment marks a significant return to the organization, where he previously spent over five years earlier in his career across EOSGlobe and Eureka Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., progressing from Senior Team Leader to Deputy Manager.

Prior to rejoining EOSGlobe, Pradeep served as Senior Manager at Reliable Spaces Private Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing operational workflows and business support functions. He has also held key leadership roles at Hexaware Technologies and Shriram Value Services, gaining extensive experience in data operations, process management, and service delivery.
