Visionary Leader Lakshmi Krishnan has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arvind Fashions Limited, bringing over two decades of global HR leadership experience across consumer goods, financial services, and technology sectors.

Before joining Arvind Fashions, Lakshmi spent more than 14 years with Unilever, where she held several senior global HR leadership roles. Her key assignments included serving as Head of HR for Corporate Functions at Unilever Headquarters in London, Head of HR for Global Procurement in Singapore, and Global HR Director for Asia Supply Chain and Unilever Engineering. During her tenure, she led large-scale leadership, transformation, and people initiatives across global operations and diverse workforce environments.

Earlier in her career, she held leadership and consulting roles at Lehman Brothers, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Apt Talent Partners, and Bedrock HR Ltd.

Her expertise in talent strategy, organizational transformation, people analytics, and leadership development is expected to strengthen Arvind Fashions’ people and culture agenda.
