Jagdish Joshi has been elevated to General Manager – Principal Technology Infrastructure at Mahindra Group, reinforcing the company's enterprise technology and digital infrastructure leadership.
With over 26 years of experience in the IT industry, Jagdish brings extensive expertise in data centre infrastructure management, enterprise IT operations, cloud architecture, project management, technology infrastructure, solution design, vendor management, network administration, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity planning (BCP), and IT service management.
Throughout his career at Mahindra Group, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening enterprise technology capabilities, leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives, implementing ITIL processes, managing cloud and data centre operations, and driving technology modernization. He is also trained in Agile PMP, Scrum Master, ISO 20000, Six Sigma, and Green Data Center practices.
