JSW Group has announced the appointment of Shilpi Lal Sharma as Head - Talent, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), reinforcing the Group’s focus on building future-ready leadership and strong organisational capabilities.

In her new role, Shilpi will lead JSW Group’s enterprise-wide talent strategy, learning and development architecture, leadership development initiatives, and DEI agenda. She will play a key role in strengthening workforce capability, fostering inclusive leadership, and enabling long-term organisational growth across the Group’s diverse businesses.

Shilpi brings extensive experience in human resources and organisation development, having held senior leadership roles at leading organisations such as Welspun Living Limited, NSE India, Edelweiss Global Wealth Management, Aditya Birla Group (UltraTech), and Actavis Pharmaceuticals (now Allergan). Across these roles, she has successfully designed and implemented scalable talent frameworks, leadership capability programs, and high-impact people strategies aligned with business transformation.

Her appointment is expected to further strengthen JSW Group’s commitment to talent excellence, continuous learning, and inclusive growth as the organisation continues to scale its operations and leadership pipeline.
