NBTC Group has announced the appointment of Industry Veteran Manoj Nandhiyalath as Corporate Director - Human Resources & Administration, marking a significant milestone in his nearly two-decade-long association with the organization in Kuwait.

In his new enterprise-level role, Manoj will provide strategic HR leadership, working closely with the Board and executive leadership to align people strategy with NBTC Group’s long-term business objectives. His responsibilities include executive reporting, organizational alignment, governance oversight, and representing the Group across external forums, ensuring HR remains a strong enabler of performance, compliance, and sustainable growth.

With over 25 years of HR and administrative leadership experience, Manoj brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, business modeling, change management, and multi-geography workforce leadership. At NBTC Group, he has played a key role in scaling operations, establishing new divisions, driving HR digital transformation, strengthening governance frameworks, and building robust talent pipelines.
