Shathi Sharma Takes Charge as Chief Human Resources Officer at Jumbo Group Leadership

Jumbo Group has announced the appointment of Shathi Sharma as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the organization’s leadership team as it continues to scale across markets. In her new role, Sharma will lead the group’s people strategy, talent development, leadership pipeline, and organizational transformation initiatives, supporting Jumbo Group’s long-term growth ambitions.

Sharma brings extensive HR leadership experience across retail, telecom, banking, and multinational environments. Prior to joining Jumbo Group, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at Reliance Retail, where she played a key role in driving large-scale workforce initiatives. She has also held senior leadership positions as CHRO at Modenik Lifestyle and Head of HR at Landmark Group, contributing to talent transformation and culture-building efforts.

Her professional journey further includes impactful roles at Telenor, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., Emirates NBD, and GE, providing her with a strong global perspective on people management and organizational effectiveness.

With her deep expertise in HR strategy and change leadership, Sharma’s appointment is expected to strengthen Jumbo Group’s talent ecosystem and future-ready workforce.
