In this role, Dr. Bhatia will lead the organization’s R&D strategy, driving innovation initiatives and overseeing the development of next-generation lighting solutions to support product advancement and business growth. His responsibilities will include strengthening engineering capabilities, accelerating product innovation, and enabling technology-driven design for automotive lighting systems.

Dr. Bhatia brings extensive experience in automotive lighting design, engineering leadership, and product development. Prior to joining KK Lighting India, he served as Lead – International Business Coordination at Fiem Industries Ltd. and earlier as Associate Director at Ola Electric, where he led lighting design and development for upcoming electric vehicle models.

Over the course of his career, he has also held key leadership roles at Hero MotoCorp., Varroc Engineering, Rinder India Pvt. Ltd., Uno Minda, DesignTech Systems, and Lumax Industries Ltd., building deep expertise in automotive lighting systems, program management, and large-scale R&D operations.
