Emaar India has appointed Bharat Bhushan Bhatia as Chief Sales Officer, strengthening its leadership as the company focuses on accelerating revenue growth and expanding its presence in India’s real estate market.

In this role, Bharat will lead the company’s sales strategy and oversee initiatives aimed at driving business growth across its residential and commercial real estate portfolio. His mandate includes strengthening market reach, optimizing sales channels, and enhancing customer engagement across key projects.

Prior to joining Emaar India, Bharat served as Senior Vice President at Conscient Infrastructure, where he held multiple leadership positions including Vice President and AVP – Sales & Marketing.

Earlier in his career, he worked with leading organizations such as DAMAC Properties, DLF Limited, Supertech Limited, Tata AIA Life Insurance, MetLife India Insurance, and ICICI Bank.
