Hitesh Bansal Takes Charge as Regional Head – B2B Sales (North) at ResMed Leadership

Hitesh Bansal has been appointed Regional Head – B2B Sales (North) at ResMed, where he will lead the company’s B2B sales operations across key northern markets in India. In this role, he will oversee business development and market expansion across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir, supporting ResMed’s growth in the respiratory and sleep health segment.

Hitesh brings extensive experience in sales leadership, market expansion, and go-to-market strategy across the healthcare and consumer sectors. Prior to joining ResMed, he served as Assistant General Manager at Birla Opus, where he led the greenfield market entry and expansion of Delhi’s commercial operations. During this tenure, he built a sales organization of over 150 members and expanded the dealer network to more than 1,000 outlets.

Earlier, he spent more than six years at Novartis, holding multiple leadership roles across ophthalmology and specialty pharmaceuticals, driving product launches and key account partnerships across North India. He also held roles at Asian Paints, contributing to retail sales growth and network expansion.
