Anita Rai has been appointed Head of Human Resources at COGENT Infotech, bringing significant experience in people strategy, organizational development, and HR transformation to the company’s leadership team.

In her new role, Anita will lead the organization’s HR agenda, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, culture building, performance frameworks, and compensation strategy. Her appointment comes as COGENT Infotech continues to expand its global consulting and talent services ecosystem.

Anita brings nearly 15 years of exemplary experience in human resources leadership, most notably through her long-standing tenure at Artech L.L.C., where she progressed across multiple HR leadership roles. During this period, she partnered closely with business leaders on workforce planning initiatives, organizational restructuring programs, and employee experience strategies.

She also played a key role in HR transformation initiatives, leading Oracle HCM implementation projects across modules including Core HR, recruiting, compensation, and talent management. These initiatives helped enhance HR process maturity and enabled data-driven people management practices across the organization.
