Srinivasu Malladi has been elevated to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bharat Forge, marking a significant leadership milestone for the global manufacturing major. In his new role, Srinivasu will lead end-to-end HR operations for a diverse global workforce of over 15,000 employees while supporting a USD 1.2 billion business portfolio.

As CHRO, he will play a critical role in driving organizational transformation, strengthening cultural integration, and implementing future-ready talent strategies aligned with the growth vision of the Kalyani Group. His leadership will focus on building high-performance teams and enabling a resilient workforce to support the company’s long-term business objectives.

Srinivasu brings over 22 years of exemplary HR leadership experience across industries including manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and public administration. He joined Bharat Forge in early 2024 as Vice President and Head HR. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Jubilant Ingrevia and Granules India.

Earlier in his career, Srinivasu held key HR roles at GSK Consumer Healthcare India and Johnson & Johnson, where he contributed to strategic workforce initiatives and successfully led HR operations for a greenfield manufacturing facility.
