Fusion Finance Ltd. has appointed Visionary Leader Priyanka Seth Wadhera as Chief Strategy Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it advances its long-term growth and financial inclusion strategy.

In her new role, Priyanka will lead enterprise strategy, business expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships aimed at accelerating the company’s mission of expanding access to financial services across India’s underserved segments.

Priyanka brings significant leadership experience across financial services and fintech organizations. Prior to joining Fusion Finance Ltd., she served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Arya.ag and earlier held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Indifi Technologies Private Limited, where she led financial strategy, investor relations, and operational planning for high-growth fintech platforms.

Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Clix Finance India and as Vice President – Financial Controller at Barclays. She has also held senior finance leadership roles at Religare Finvest Limited, while gaining early experience in finance and risk management with Citibank, Citifinancial Consumer Finance, and PwC.
