A highly respected strategy and economic competitiveness leader, Philipp brings extensive experience in advising governments, institutions, and corporations on growth strategy, public-private partnerships, investment attraction, and economic transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Ankura, he served as Partner at PwC Middle East, where he led the firm’s Middle East Economic Competitiveness practice. During his tenure, he successfully expanded the practice fivefold while building and leading a high-performing team of specialists across the region.

His expertise spans economic development, competitiveness enhancement, strategic advisory, investment promotion, policy transformation, and impact-focused growth initiatives.
