Dr. Abhilash Raghavan has been appointed Director and Head – ESG, HSE & CSR at AMPIN Energy Transition, reinforcing the company’s focus on sustainability, governance, and responsible growth across its renewable energy portfolio.

In this role, Dr. Raghavan will lead the organization’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG), health, safety and environment (HSE), and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. His mandate includes strengthening governance frameworks, advancing climate strategy, and integrating sustainability practices across AMPIN’s rapidly expanding clean energy operations.

Dr. Raghavan brings extensive experience in ESG governance, sustainability strategy, and climate risk management across global energy and industrial organizations. Prior to joining AMPIN Energy Transition, he served as Director – ESG & Sustainability at Positivity® in Dubai and earlier as Group Vice President and Head of ESG & Sustainability at ACME Group, where he led decarbonization initiatives and sustainability strategies for large-scale renewable energy projects.

Over the course of his career, he has also held leadership roles at National Bank of Fujairah, Sims Limited, INOX Air Products, Praxair (a Linde Company), and GE HealthCare, building deep expertise in sustainability governance and environmental risk frameworks.
