Chaitali Talele has joined ZF Group as Head of Finance for the India Region, bringing with her extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and business transformation across leading global organizations.

Prior to this appointment, Chaitali served as Chief Financial Officer at Evonik, where she played a key role in driving financial governance, operational efficiency, and strategic financial initiatives. Her earlier leadership roles include Vice President – Group Corporate Finance at EPL Limited and Senior Vice President – Financial Control and Business Partnering at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd.

Chaitali also spent a significant part of her career with SKF Group, where she held multiple finance leadership positions spanning company finance, industrial sales controllership, business strategy, internal audit, and finance systems implementation.

With a strong track record of enabling business growth through financial discipline and strategic insight, she is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance and supporting strategic decision-making for ZF’s India operations.
