Aditya Kumar has taken on the role of Director for Strategy & Segments Business Development, East Asia at Schneider Electric. In this position, he will lead strategic growth initiatives and drive segment-focused business development across key markets in East Asia.

Aditya brings nearly two decades of leadership experience at Schneider Electric, where he has played a significant role in shaping regional strategy, advancing infrastructure growth, and leading complex engineering and transformation programs across the Asia Pacific region. 

Over the years, he has held several strategic roles within the company, including Power Systems Director for the Cloud & Service Providers Segment, Systems Excellence Director for APAC, and Regional Transportation Segment Director.

Earlier in his career, Aditya gained extensive experience in power and energy infrastructure projects with organizations such as ABB, Alstom Power, and Crompton Greaves.
