Ramaswamy brings significant experience across the banking and financial services sector, having held key roles at Bandhan Bank, Equitas Small Finance Bank, Samsung India Electronics, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank.

During his tenure at ICICI Bank, he led the Financial Crime Prevention Group for the South region, working closely with law enforcement agencies and conducting specialized training programs for police officers and probationary IPS officers on banking fraud investigations.
