V.Ships India Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Ramzan Sayed as Head of IT Operations, strengthening the organization’s technology leadership as it continues to enhance enterprise IT infrastructure and operational efficiency.

In his new role, Ramzan will oversee IT operations strategy, service delivery, and infrastructure management, ensuring robust technology support for the company’s global maritime services ecosystem.

Prior to joining V.Ships India, Ramzan served as Service Desk Manager at Sapphire Foods India Limited, where he spent four years leading enterprise service desk functions and delivering SLA-driven IT support to ensure seamless business operations.

Earlier in his career, he held key leadership roles at Indicia Worldwide, managing global IT service desk and cloud support operations from Mumbai. He has also worked with organizations such as Diebold Nixdorf, Wipro BPS, and Sutherland Global Services, building strong expertise in IT service management, global support operations, and enterprise technology environments.
