Spill Games Raises $3.1M Seed Funding to Scale Mobile Gaming Portfolio and Technology Startup Stories

Bengaluru-based mobile gaming startup Spill Games has raised $3.1 million in a seed funding round co-led by Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital. The company had previously secured $750K from All In Capital and other investors in December 2024.

Founded in July 2024 by Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan, and Harsh Garg, Spill Games focuses on casual and puzzle games for global audiences. Its proprietary Spillway engine enables faster development, helping the company launch games nearly four times quicker while improving capital efficiency.

The fresh capital will be used to expand its game portfolio, enhance its technology stack, and scale its team. With five live titles, including Cozy Finds, Sticker by Number, and Zen Math Crossword, the company has already achieved positive unit economics in select games.

As the global mobile gaming market is projected to surpass $107 billion by 2026, Spill aims to accelerate growth and innovation.
