Digital banking infrastructure company M2P Fintech has appointed Vivek Seshadri as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its leadership team as it prepares for its next phase of global expansion and long-term growth.

In his new role, Vivek will lead the company’s global finance organization, focusing on capital discipline, financial strategy, and operational excellence. He will also play a key role in preparing M2P Fintech for a potential public market journey in the coming years.

With over 15 years of experience, Vivek brings strong expertise across strategic finance, capital markets, M&A, and business leadership within global technology and financial services firms. Prior to this, he served as CFO at Hitachi Payment Services, where he contributed significantly to financial transformation and growth initiatives.
