Kishan Shrivastava has been appointed as Head of Product at Aditya Birla Capital, marking a strategic move to strengthen the company’s product leadership in India’s evolving financial services landscape. With extensive experience in the BFSI sector, he brings a proven track record of building and scaling lending products across banking and NBFC ecosystems.

In his new role, Shrivastava will focus on accelerating product innovation, enhancing customer-centric solutions, and aligning business strategy with rapidly changing market demands. 

Prior to joining Aditya Birla Capital, he held leadership roles at Capri Global Capital Ltd., Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, YES BANK, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. His expertise spans gold loans, retail agri finance, and asset operations, positioning him to lead high-impact product portfolios.
