NODWIN Gaming has appointed Sonal Varma as Global Director – Live Initiatives, strengthening its leadership in immersive gaming and esports experiences.

Sonal brings extensive experience in building fan-first communities and managing large-scale pop culture and gaming events. In her new role, she will lead the strategy and execution of global live events, focusing on expanding interactive esports and gaming experiences across emerging markets.

Prior to joining NODWIN Gaming, Sonal played a key role in shaping major pop culture properties such as Comic Con India, Geekly, and the Indian Cosplay Championship. As Vice President at Comic Con India, she helped scale the platform through multi-city expansion, strategic brand collaborations, and fan engagement initiatives.
