Capgemini has appointed Visionary Leader Vidula Joshi as Director in the Engineering Research and Development (ER&D) Unit, strengthening its leadership in engineering-led innovation and digital transformation.

In her new role, Vidula will focus on advancing engineering-driven solutions and supporting digital transformation initiatives across industrial and enterprise technology environments. Her mandate includes enabling innovation across connected systems, digital engineering platforms, and emerging technology ecosystems.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Vidula spent more than a decade with Tata Consultancy Services, where she held multiple leadership roles within the IoT and Digital Engineering unit. During her tenure, she served as Initiative Owner, Business Development Manager, Delivery Partner, and Group Leader, contributing to large-scale digital engineering and IoT transformation programs.
