Parineeta Cecil Lakra has been appointed Head of Human Resources at Albertsons Companies India, strengthening the company’s leadership as it expands its global technology and digital capabilities.

In this role, Parineeta will lead the human resources strategy for Albertsons Companies India, focusing on building a strong, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace culture. She will work closely with leadership teams across India and the United States to support organizational growth, strengthen employee engagement, and scale the workforce as the company continues to expand its technology operations.

Parineeta brings extensive experience in HR strategy, organizational transformation, and culture building, having previously held leadership roles at IKEA India, Carrefour India, and Genpact, where she partnered with senior leaders to drive workforce transformation and enterprise growth initiatives.
