Vinod Aggarwal is set to assume the role of Chairman at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. effective April 1, 2026, where he will provide strategic guidance to the company’s leadership as it advances its long-term growth, innovation, and market expansion in the commercial vehicle sector.
Vinod currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at VE Commercial Vehicles and has been associated with the Eicher Group for more than three decades. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s position in the commercial vehicle market and driving operational and financial performance.
Over the years, he has held several key leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and President – Eicher Trucks and Buses, as well as Group Chief Financial Officer at Eicher Group. In addition, he serves as Vice Chairman at Eicher Motors, contributing to the broader strategic direction of the group.
Vinod has also played an active role in industry bodies, previously serving as President of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and the Automotive Skills Development Council of India, supporting sector growth and talent development.
