AXA XL has appointed Visionary Leader Leyla Delic as Chief Technology and AI Officer, reinforcing its technology leadership as the global insurer accelerates digital and artificial intelligence-driven transformation.

In her new role, Leyla will help shape the company’s technology roadmap and lead the deployment of AI-powered capabilities aimed at enhancing products, services, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Leyla brings more than two decades of global technology leadership experience across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as Corporate Chief Digital and Information Officer at Abdul Latif Jameel after previously holding the role of Global Head of Value Realization at Aon.

Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Information Officer at Givaudan and Group Chief Information and Digital Officer at Coca-Cola CCI. She also spent more than eight years at GE HealthCare, where she held CIO leadership roles supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
