Throughout his 41-year career, Sudhir has built a strong reputation for leading complex turnaround initiatives, transforming underperforming services businesses into profitable, customer-focused, and high-performing organizations. His expertise spans business turnaround, strategy execution, cross-border leadership, culture transformation, growth acceleration, and P&L management.

Known for his people-first and metrics-driven leadership style, he has successfully restored customer confidence, improved operational performance, developed high-performing teams, and delivered sustainable business outcomes across global markets.

In addition to his corporate leadership credentials, Sudhir is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
