BDO India has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Nilesh Naker as Partner & Leader – Digital Financial Services. Based in Mumbai, Naker will spearhead the firm’s digital transformation initiatives for the financial services sector, helping clients navigate evolving technology landscapes and accelerate business innovation.

Nilesh brings more than 25 years of experience across consulting, banking technology, and digital transformation. Prior to joining BDO India, he spent nearly 11 years as Partner at EY, where he led strategic digital and technology-driven engagements for financial institutions. Earlier, he served as Associate Director at Ernst & Young Pvt. Ltd., contributing to large-scale transformation programs across the banking and financial services industry.

His career also includes key consulting roles at I-flex Solutions and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd., providing him with deep expertise in banking technology, enterprise transformation, and digital strategy.

With his extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience, Nilesh’s appointment is expected to further enhance BDO India’s capabilities in digital financial services, innovation, and client-focused transformation across the sector.
