Prior to joining ZingHR, she served as Marketing Leader – India at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she played a pivotal role in driving demand generation, brand positioning, thought leadership, reputation building, and strategic growth initiatives. Over the course of her career, she has held key leadership positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank, EdCast by Cornerstone, Sun Pharma, Deutsche Bank, and Marico Limited, contributing significantly to talent strategy, employer branding, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development.
