Bristol Myers Squibb has elevated Visionary Leader Paul Kotulka as Vice President – Fusion AI & Portfolio, strengthening its leadership as the company accelerates AI-driven innovation and portfolio strategy across its global biopharmaceutical operations.

Paul brings extensive leadership experience within Bristol Myers Squibb. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Business Operations, where he oversaw divisional business functions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, business continuity, integrated risk management, and enterprise business process execution.

He also previously held the role of Vice President – Strategic Partnerships, leading initiatives across M&A due diligence and integration, divestitures, and alliance management across pharmaceuticals, biologics, cell therapy, and radiopharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Paul spent over 16 years with Merck Group, where he held several operations and supply chain leadership roles including Associate Director of Operations and Senior Manufacturing Manager.
