Visionary Leader Shivani Gupta has been appointed Assistant Vice President at Barclays in Gurugram, marking an important step in her career in banking, credit risk, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to this appointment, Shivani served as Assistant Manager at EY, where she worked on credit standards, regulatory conformance testing, and risk compliance programs for leading global banks. Her work focused on strengthening credit risk frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment, and supporting risk governance practices within large financial institutions.

Earlier, she spent more than three years with JPMorgan Chase in Bengaluru as a Credit Risk Analyst, where she gained expertise across Basel III frameworks, counterparty credit risk, leverage ratio analysis, stress testing, and capital management.
