Bain & Company has appointed Gurpiar Sibia as Expert Partner and India Head of its AI Practice, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to advancing artificial intelligence-led transformation across industries.

In this role, Sibia will spearhead Bain’s AI initiatives in India, focusing on helping organizations translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and scalable growth. He will work closely with clients to drive adoption, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock long-term value through strategic AI implementation. Bain’s AI practice is dedicated to enabling enterprises to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that align closely with their core business objectives.

Sibia brings exemplary expertise in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining Bain, he held senior leadership positions at Google Cloud, where he worked with enterprises and digital-native companies across India and the Asia-Pacific region.
