Ankita brings extensive expertise in workforce strategy, organisation design, HR consulting, change management, and people transformation. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong track record of enabling business growth and organizational agility through innovative people strategies.

Prior to joining McCormick, she held key leadership and consulting positions with renowned organizations including HSBC, PwC, and Usha International, where she successfully led initiatives focused on organizational transformation, workforce planning, and business-aligned HR strategies.
