With extensive experience across SpinSci Technologies LLC, Posidex Technologies, Delhivery, and Infosys, he brings strong expertise in building scalable, cloud-native platforms and leading high-performing engineering teams across HealthTech, BFSI, and SaaS domains.

Throughout his career, Varaprasad has demonstrated a strong ability to design robust technology architectures, accelerate product development cycles, and implement AI-assisted engineering practices. His leadership has consistently focused on delivering scalable, reliable, and high-impact digital solutions in complex enterprise environments.

At Adaps, he will be responsible for advancing the company’s AI-led engineering roadmap, strengthening core engineering practices, and enhancing platform scalability to support global clients.
