Neelam Dhawan has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director at Delhivery and will assume the role of Board Chairperson effective April 1, 2026. She succeeds Deepak Kapoor, who is stepping down after more than eight years on the board, marking a significant transition in the company’s governance leadership.
Neelam brings over three decades of experience across the global technology sector. She has held prominent leadership roles including Managing Director at Microsoft India, as well as senior positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and HP India Sales. In addition to her executive career, she has served on multiple boards across industries, contributing to corporate governance and strategic oversight.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen Delhivery’s board leadership as the company continues to scale its logistics and supply chain capabilities in a rapidly evolving market.
