Loveena Kansal has been appointed Executive Vice President – Business Head at Mega Corporation Ltd, marking a strategic leadership addition for the company as it accelerates its growth in the NBFC space. In her new role, she will lead full-stack business operations, drive digital transformation, and strengthen the company’s lending ecosystem.

Bringing over two decades of experience across leading financial institutions such as Max Life Insurance, IndusInd Bank, RBL Bank, and Religare Finvest Limited (SME Loans), Kansal has built deep expertise in platform-led growth, scalable lending models, and customer-centric innovation.

Her appointment comes at a pivotal time when the BFSI sector is rapidly evolving with AI, embedded finance, and digital-first strategies.
