Tech Mahindra has appointed Visionary Leader Yogesh Malik as Vice President - Global Practice Head, Technology, marking a major leadership milestone in his long-standing association with the firm. In this expanded role, Yogesh will lead the global technology practice, driving digital transformation initiatives, strengthening enterprise technology platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with business objectives.

His focus remains on scaling next-generation digital capabilities across Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Systems.

The appointment reflects the organisation’s focus on leveraging technology as a key enabler of operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Yogesh will play a critical role in shaping the AI-led technology roadmap, enhancing digital resilience, and supporting cross-functional teams with trust-by-design architectures across the enterprise.

Yogesh brings nearly two decades of IT services experience, with deep expertise in program leadership and automation. Having been with Tech Mahindra since 2008, his journey positions the organisation to accelerate its digital journey and build a strong foundation for long-term growth.
