Western Union has inaugurated its new AI-led Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad with HCLTech, marking an important strategic milestone as it continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities. In this collaboration, the center will lead the payments technology function, driving digital innovation initiatives, strengthening platform modernization via HCLTech’s AI Force, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with the 'Beyond' strategy.

The Hyderabad center will play a critical role in engineering advanced financial solutions, enhancing digital resilience, and supporting cross-functional teams with robust technology solutions across the global enterprise.
