In his new role, Shiv will lead the India Global Capability Center (GCC), driving R&D initiatives, strengthening enterprise data platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with business objectives.

Shiv will play a critical role in scaling AI-enabled software solutions, enhancing digital resilience, and supporting cross-functional teams with robust technology solutions across the enterprise.

Shiv brings extensive experience spanning the technology and analytics industries, with deep expertise in leadership and large-scale data strategy. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with L’Oréal, SLB (Schlumberger), and Mahindra Group. His journey positions the group to accelerate its digital journey and build a strong foundation for long-term growth.
