Puja Kalra has been promoted to Associate Director at Boston Scientific, recognizing her sustained contribution to research, innovation, and technology leadership within the global medical device organization.

Kalra has been associated with Boston Scientific for over six years, most recently serving as Senior Manager – R&D and previously as Manager – R&D (Software). In these roles, she led high-impact research and product development programs, steering cross-functional teams across India to deliver scalable, quality-driven healthcare technology solutions aligned with global regulatory and innovation benchmarks.

Before joining Boston Scientific, she built a distinguished 13-year career at Aricent, where she held multiple leadership roles including Senior Engineering Project Manager and Technical Leader. Her portfolio spanned enterprise software releases, Agile product ownership, database architecture, high-availability replication systems, and large-scale automation frameworks, particularly within unified communications environments.
