Visionary Leader FT Chinmayee Deulgaonkar has been appointed Managing Director at Control Union India, bringing decades of global expertise in certification, regulatory compliance, standards governance, and sustainability strategy.

In her new mandate, Chinmayee will steer strategic growth and expand the organization’s footprint across food, agriculture, and allied sectors. Prior to this, she served as Managing Director (SWA & ME) at FoodChain ID India, where she led certification, DNA-based testing, regulatory compliance, and training services across South West Asia and the Middle East.

Earlier, she spent over 15 years at DNV in key leadership roles, driving accreditation management, competence development, and regional expansion. She also held foundational roles at PARADIGM Services Private Limited and Monginis Foods Pvt. Ltd..

An alumna of INSEAD and the U.S. Department of State leadership program, her appointment reinforces Control Union India’s commitment to global certification excellence and sustainability leadership.
