American Express has appointed Dolly Sood as Director – Talent Acquisition, where she will spearhead the company’s talent acquisition strategy across the India and Singapore markets. In this leadership role, she will focus on building future-ready hiring frameworks that support business growth while delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring leaders.
With over 20 years of experience spanning ITES, BPO, banking, and financial services, Dolly brings deep expertise in scaling recruitment operations, driving operational excellence, and managing complex talent ecosystems within large global organizations. During her five-year tenure at American Express, she has successfully led specialist hiring across core business and corporate functions, overseeing recruitment strategy, delivery, and governance. She has leveraged advanced platforms such as Taleo, Smashfly, and Eightfold.ai to enable data-driven and inclusive hiring decisions.
Prior to AmEx, Dolly held senior leadership roles at Allegis Global Solutions and Genpact, where she led RPO delivery, recruitment operations, and end-to-end talent acquisition for financial services and analytics functions. In her current role, she is set to further strengthen American Express’s talent acquisition ecosystem through strategic workforce planning, automation, and continuous process innovation.
