Abbott has welcomed Subhadip Misra as Country Manager – India for its Transfusion Medicine division, marking an important leadership addition as it continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities. In his new role, Subhadip will lead the business function, driving strategy execution initiatives, strengthening enterprise technology platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with business objectives.

The appointment reflects the organisation’s focus on leveraging technology as a key enabler of operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Subhadip will play a critical role in modernising diagnostic delivery systems, enhancing digital resilience, and supporting cross-functional teams with robust technology solutions across the enterprise.

Subhadip brings over 17 years of leadership experience across MedTech and Diagnostics, with deep expertise in leadership and large-scale enterprise systems. Prior to joining the organisation, he was associated with Roche Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson, and Boston Scientific. His appointment positions the organisation to accelerate its digital journey.
